Farmers working together for nature
The Cluster is a group of local farmers and landowners who are working together to address the environmental challenges affecting our countryside.
We are naturally concerned about the decline in the wildlife, the health of our soils, the pollution of our water and the effects of climate change. We want to play our part in tackling these problems.
Our land covers more than 15,000ha between Winchester and the River Test, with downland, grazing, arable fields, woodland, and chalk river valleys. We know that nature does not recognize farm boundaries and that a landscape approach will increase the success of our members’ own projects.
We invite you to read about us and our projects, as we will need your support if we are to achieve our vision of a wildlife rich landscape alongside our commercial farming businesses.
